Westcare BBQ (Whitmore Squre - Sat 5th July, 8-11am) - WestCare runs a bbq breakfast in Whitmore Square on Saturdays and we’ve got the opportunity to cook and serve the bbq (sausages and bacon) and tea and coffee, as well as chatting with those who come along for a feed - contact Nate

Community Gardening Workshop (Fulham Community Centre - Sun 6th July, 10am-12pm) - This is an opportunity to explore a bit more about the theology of creation care and why it matters & talk about options for us to get involved in community gardening in the local area as well as what we might like to do in the 2nd half of the year (including how some of that fits with our plans for our new build!) - contact Renee

Visit to Aboriginal Berean Church (Cheltenham - Sun 6th July, 5:30 pm) - July 6 is the start of NAIDOC week and we’ve talked for a while about going and spending some time with our brothers & sisters at the Berean Church. We’ll be participating in their service and having some time to get to know them - contact Nate
